Delivery charges

For orders delivered within Australia, $40 delivery per order applies where the product subtotal is $500 or less. Free delivery applies where the product subtotal is more than $500, starting at $500.01.

The threshold is calculated after discounts and excludes delivery charges. The delivery charge applies once per order, not once per item. If we split your order into multiple deliveries, we will not add another standard delivery charge.

Delivery timing

Delivery and dispatch estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Availability and lead times may vary by product. If a significant delay becomes known, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Please provide an accurate delivery address and any relevant access instructions. If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect details or unavailable access, we will discuss any reasonable redelivery costs with you before arranging another delivery. Your statutory rights concerning delivery are not affected.
