Standard items ship from our NSW warehouse within 3–5 business days. We ship Australia-wide via standard road freight. Express options may be available — contact us for pricing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available on bulk orders — contact us to discuss.

Delivery Times

NSW: 1–3 business days
ACT/VIC/QLD: 2–5 business days
SA/NT/TAS/WA: 5–10 business days

Returns Policy

We accept returns on faulty or incorrect items only. Returns must be authorised in advance. Contact us at hello@softwiring.au or 1300 763 278 before returning any goods.

Custom or configured products are non-returnable unless faulty.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect goods on delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange replacement or credit as appropriate.
